To celebrate BIGBANG SPECIAL EDITION [STILL ALIVE] release, Shinbundang line is opening the 'BIGBANG GATE' at Gangnam Station in Seoul.

At the station, you will able to see “Monster” M/V which will be released on Jun 3, and the making video of BIGBANG’s 1st photo book [Extraordinary 20’s] on a clear 45 inch LCD screen. There will be an exhibit of the props used by the BIGBANG members in the Monster music video.

Also, you can enjoy the music from BIGBANG's Special Edition - Still Alive at the BIGBANG GATE. If you have a mobile with NFC Leader, YG Application will automatically connect.

Special Edition Album : Still Alive [INFO]

BIGBANG will be releasing a special edition album titled [STILL ALIVE] on June 3.
The mini album will include a total of nine tracks; five new songs as well as "Blue", "Bad Boy", "Fantastic Baby", and "Love Dust". The title song on this album is "Monster", written and composed by G-Dragon, and a music video for the song is currently on the process. YG says, “This album is specially prepared by BIGBANG to thank their fans for supporting and loving them. The lead track ‘Monster’ is very strong and different from BIGBANG's previous songs.” Collaborating with YG Entertainment for this project, Hyundai Card participated in the album’s design and BIGBANG’s new logo, as well as the production of the music video for "Monster". Along with the release of the special edition album on June 3, another secret collaboration project with Hyundai Card will be announced on the same day. Meanwhile, BIGBANG has officially launched its Japanese tour, successfully finishing up concerts in Nagoya on May 17 and 18. The group will continue on to Yokohama, Osaka, Saitama, Fukuoka, and Tokyo, completing a total of 13 concerts.

2012 K-Pop Video Contest & SNS Festival for K-Pop Lovers Worldwide

K-Pop lovers everywhere have another chance to show off their dance skills through an exclusive Social Networking K-Pop Contest!

For the entire month of May, The Korean Cultural Center (KCC) will be hosting a K-Pop Video Contest through their official Facebook page. (www.facebook.com/KoreaCultureDC)

To enter, fans are invited to submit videos in which they freely and creatively express themselves through their rendition of a K-Pop dance. Points will be awarded for originality, as well as for showing enthusiasm for their favorite K-Pop song and choreography. The video should be first uploaded to Youtube with [KCC Cover] included in the title, then posted under the K-POP Video Contest ‘event’ on KCC’s Facebook page. The video must be an original project created by an individual or a group, and must not have been previously entered in a different contest.

The contest will commence on May 1st and resume until May 31st, and the 10 selected winners will be announced by the end of June.

Contest prizes include autographed CDs from Girls’ Generation, TVXQ, Wonder Girls, and Big Bang, as well as a home sound-system, a Blu-ray player, and even round trip tickets to Korea!
